Conclusion acquires Puppet specialist Enterprise Modules | NPM Capital

With the acquisition of Puppet specialist Enterprise Modules, Conclusion has strengthened its position in the Dutch Platform Provisioning market. Organisations using Oracle databases and Oracle WebLogic can now publish and manage their platforms quickly, reliably and consistently.

Enterprise Modules is a specialist in and developer of enterprise-ready Puppet modules for Oracle databases and Oracle WebLogic. Their modules help system administrators and DBA specialists to automatically install, configure and manage databases and applications. By using these modules, Enterprise Modules facilitates Oracle users in managing their infrastructures quickly, reliably and consistently.

Paul Uijtewaal, Director Data & Integration Services at Conclusion: “Through this acquisition, we can achieve our goal of becoming an integrated player in Data & Integrated Services even quicker and can meet the demand for Oracle provisioning, Tibco Software, IBM WebSpere and MQ series products.”

Today’s organisations need to invest in reducing the time-to-market of their software and IT infrastructure. This applies both to the installation of computer storage and networks and to the installation and configuration of operating systems, database software, middleware and the installation of applications. Tools like Puppet have become indispensable in this process.

Bert Hajee, founder of Enterprise Modules: “The acquisition by Conclusion gives us access to the broad market of clients in which Conclusion and its subsidiaries operate. Enterprise Modules brings to the table in-depth knowledge of Puppet and Oracle WebLogic and owns a number of Puppet modules, such as Easy Type and the Oracle Module.”

NPM Capital has a majority interest in IT service provider Conclusion as of early 2016.
