Conclusion participates in Dutch national government’s Social Return Experimental Gardens | NPM Capital

The Dutch national government launched fourteen experimental gardens in the field of social return in late 2017. This is a new approach aimed at creating more employment for people with a labour market disadvantage. When placing orders, government agency procurement officers can encourage or require the contractor to engage vulnerable groups on the labour market in carrying out the order.

Conclusion is one of the organisations that is actively participating in this unique concept. The company has designed a platform for this purpose with a view to optimising the reintegration process of former inmates. The results were used during the launch of the experimental garden, which is being carried out in close cooperation with the Dutch Custodial Institutions Agency.

According to a Dutch Custodial Institution Agency spokesperson, the concept presented by Conclusion dovetails seamlessly with the needs of both the agency and the former inmates. In particular, the high level of accessibility and user-friendliness for the target group clearly demonstrate that technology can ensure a more sustainable perspective on reintegration.
