Conclusion obtains international outsourcing control report | NPM Capital

In late 2018, Conclusion received the ISAE 3402 type II report, an internationally recognised control report for an established outsourcing standard. The report demonstrates to clients that the IT service provider meets the criteria for managing outsourced processes.

The services outsourced to an IT service provider could potentially affect the client’s financial and operating processes, which, in turn, can have an impact on the client’s financial statements. IT service providers must therefore be able to demonstrate that they have these processes under control. NPM Capital portfolio company Conclusion has described a risk framework and set measures for each individual process to ensure that the control objectives are achieved. ISAE 3402 sheds light on and safeguards this internal process and risk control.

The implementation process kicked off in the first quarter of 2018, followed by audit sessions during the third and fourth quarters. Conclusion subsequently received the final report and type-2 control report in December 2018. The latter contains the auditor’s opinion on the effectiveness of the control measures over a period of at least six months. The external audit firm Conclude supported the Conclusion team – comprised of Royal FloraHolland, Conclusion FIT, Conclusion Mission Critical and AMIS – in obtaining the report.
