NPM participation Conclusion has appointed Rutger Fuchten (47) as General Manager of Conclusion AFAS Solutions. Fuchten is no stranger to the ecosystem of the IT and business transformation service provider, returning after past roles within the organization.
Fuchen previously worked at KWD Resultaatmanagement, another part of Conclusion. During that period, he was involved in IT implementations at Mammoet, among others. Since 2006, he has held various management positions in IT services, ranging from small teams to large sales and service organizations.
At Conclusion AFAS Solutions, he will focus on the organization's continued growth. "I like a challenge and there is a lot of growth potential. That combination makes me very excited," said Fuchten. "My first focus will be on getting to know the people, the organization, the software, and of course, the customers." After that, he wants to work with the team to set a strategic course for stable and sustainable development.
According to Roel Knoppers, director of Enterprise Applications at Conclusion, Fuchten's experience is well-aligned with Conclusion AFAS Solutions' ambitions. Knoppers said Fuchten has previously demonstrated his ability to drive change within existing organizations and achieve sustainable results.
