NPM has sold its stake in Dieseko Group, the global market leader and frontrunner in deep foundations equipment, to DevCo a Helsinki-based investment and development firm.

Through its brands ICE and PVE, the company develops, manufactures, rents and services specialised equipment for foundation projects worldwide. After twelve years of NPM ownership Dieseko has been sold to long-term oriented investment and development firm DevCo who will continue to support the company with its strategic growth agenda. The company has grown into a global market leader under NPM ownership driven by its technology, its brands and geographical expansion efforts. DevCo is determined to further support Dieseko in developing its product innovation agenda and strengthening its position as the frontrunner in the deep foundations industry.
