NPM sells minority shareholding in LMS International | NPM Capital

NPM has sold its minority shareholding in LMS, a high-tech company that specialises in software, tools and services for physical and virtual prototyping, to Siemens. NPM acquired the 16% minority interest in 2005. As an investor, NPM was represented on the LMS Executive Board and acted as a sounding board for the management during the process of strategy development and definition of operational priorities. In this capacity, NPM contributed to the increased efficiency of the commercial aspects of the LMS organisation.
