Belgische Distributiedienst NV (BD), the Belgian market leader in door-to-door communication and RSM ITALIA SRL, the Italian market leader in door-to-door communication activities are acquired from TNT by management with the financial support of NPM Capital.
The management buy out of Belgische Distributiedienst NV and RSM ITALIA SRL creates a new, internationally operating, independent group in door-to-door communication with a consolidated turnover of EUR 130 million and 545 employees. The new market leader will be managed by management teams of BD and RSM ITALIA SRL and also includes the Belgian companies DBM (Database Management) and PPP (daily newspaper distribution).
