Kiwa N.V and KOAC-NPC combine their activities in the area of mobility infrastructure. KOAC-NPC will act as a separate division of Kiwa Netherlands and will continue its activities the usual way with the existing management and employees. This merger is a logical result of the many years of cooperation and gives both parties the opportunity to broaden and strengthen their testing, inspection, consultancy and training activities.
KOAC-NPC has over 50 years of expertise in advice, research, road management and measurment, laboratory research and training in the field of roads, airports, industrial areas and dike revetments. Kiwa also provides training, inspection, laboratory and certification services to improve road safety, living environment and quality of pavement. With the combination of activities as a result of this share acquisition by Kiwa a one-stop shop for quality services for mobility infrastructure arises for the industry. The Kiwa certification activities in this field remain separately positioned to guarentee its independence and impartiality.
KOAC-NPC is located in Vught, Apeldoorn, Groningen and Nieuwegein. Kiwa has six offices in the Netherlands and is also present in eight European countries, Turkey, China, Taiwan and Peru and this gives KOAC-NPC the chance to expand its services internationally.
