NPM participation Kramp, Europe's largest technical wholesaler for parts in the agriculture, forestry and construction sectors, is taking a major step towards renewing its IT landscape. In collaboration with technology partner Cognizant, the outdated system will be replaced by a modern, data-driven ERP platform - a central software solution to manage business processes such as purchasing, logistics, inventory management and finance.
The IT transformation is designed to help Kramp work more efficiently, respond faster to customer requests and enter new markets. The new platform brings all core processes together in one environment, laying the foundation for further digitalization, including in the areas of e-commerce, customer service and supply chain.
