Investment criteria
We mainly invest in companies meeting the five criteria below. We have no sector focus.
- Head office located in the Benelux
- A defendable market position or sustainable competitive advantage
- A strong and committed management team
- Growth potential through a scalable model across geography and/or sectors or via buy & build
- Companies in which we can invest an initial equity ticket of €35 to €300 million
