The Port of Rotterdam Authority has selected NPM participation Conclusion as its digital partner to manage and further develop its web environment, including the corporate website and a reservation tool for port users. The digital environment is used daily by thousands of captains, businesses, residents, and government agencies.

After winning the tender, Netvlies, part of Conclusion, successfully completed the technical transition. In the coming years, the focus will be on scalability, security, and connecting data streams. The customer portals support applications for berths, permits, and alerts on sailing conditions, among other things.

Because the port is considered part of the Netherlands' vital infrastructure, high demands are placed on digital security and continuity. To meet these demands, Netvlies provides monthly security reports, proactive threat analyses, and continuous monitoring, among other services. The platforms are modular, allowing them to be easily adapted to changing needs or regulations. According to Port of Rotterdam, the collaboration with Conclusion supports the organization's digital strengths.

Jochem Vlemmix, founder and director of Conclusion company Netvlies, said: “The Port of Rotterdam Authority plays a crucial role in our economy and society. The port authority intelligently connects digitalization with sustainability and innovation. This ambition aligns seamlessly with what we stand for. We are proud to contribute to a platform that serves such a broad and important audience, and we look forward to continuing to add value together.”
