Philipp Unterhalt is an internationally experienced CEO with strong expertise in corporate  
development, industrial automation, and digital transformation. He has led international industrial  
companies through challenging growth, consolidation, and change processes, implementing strategic  
initiatives in the fields of IIoT, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms.  
As CEO of the HAHN Automation Group, he was responsible for the strategic realignment, the  
establishment of global structures, and the integration of numerous company acquisitions.  
Previously, he held senior positions at RSBG SE and Rethink Robotics GmbH.

At NPM Capital, he supports the *Digital & Technology* initiative as a Theme Advisor – with a focus on scalable industrial business models, technological differentiation, and sustainable value creation.
