Zodiac acquires shares Driessen Aerospace Group

Driessen Aerospace Group is pleased to announce it has reached a principle agreement that Zodiac acquires all shares of Driessen.

Zodiac is a global leader in the aviation industry for a wide variety of aerosafety systems, aircraft systems and airline equipment. The Driessen product lines complete Zodiac’s aircraft interior offer to airlines, while not overlapping the product range of other Zodiac companies.

The acquisition by Zodiac provides Driessen optimum security for long term continuity, sustained profit and further growth. Driessen will keep its own brand name and corporate identity. As a self standing Business Segment of Zodiac, Driessen will continue its current strategy and operations.

Zodiac acquires all Driessen shares from the Dutch investors AlpInvest N.V. (50%), NPM Capital (25%) and the Driessen family (25%). The completion of the operation is subject to regulatory and other approvals, and customary closing conditions.
