NPM Capital and management acquire Independer.nl

NPM Capital and the management have acquired all shares of the holding company, established in Hilversum, of Independer.nl, jointly with the investor Borghols group, which was already involved as a shareholder of Independer.nl. The shares were held by the investment company APAX Partners, the management and a number of smaller shareholders.

Independer.nl is an independent comparison site and adviser in the field of financial services and healthcare in the Netherlands. The site www.independer.nl is visited by millions of consumers a year who are looking for objective information and advice on numerous products, including car insurance, mortgages and healthcare insurance. In addition Independer.nl offers the option of taking out these products quickly and easily.

Together with the new shareholders Independer.nl will further shape the growth of its activities, while maintaining its focus on strengthening its position as a defender of consumers’ interests.
